Ridiculously late
I received an email a few weeks before the event changing the start time from 8:30 to 10:30 PM. The show was said to be 2hrs and 20 minutes long. I’m in my mid 40’s, so staying up past midnight isn’t a big deal. However, the issue arose when 'Mountain Grass Unit' didn't come on until 12:30 AM and played until almost 3 AM. By that time, I was completely exhausted. It's extremely difficult to fully enjoy even the most fantastic concert when you're struggling to stay awake. It's astonishingly impolite, especially considering the audience wasn't particularly youthful. Additionally, the tickets were quite pricey, nearly $400 each. Providing partial refunds to all guests would be a sensible decision.
